You will be a commercially minded Optometrist, Dispensing Optician or retailer with a clear track record within the UK Optical industry and a desire to build something of your own with the support of a large organisation with an outstanding track record of success.
The support you will receive is not limited to the initial part of the process, you will receive ongoing support from a business development and procurement perspective as well as marketing, IT and Training & Development to make sure that your business is as successful as possible as quickly as possible.
